Power Battery Safety Test Equipment For Lithium Cell Packs With LCD Touch Controlled Safety Testing
This equipment mainly used for safety inspection for batteries like vehicles lithium batteries, power battery, battery-cell, electric vehicle battery etc, which integrated with pressure system, explosion-proof system, data acquisition system, computer control system together, adopt independent machine and control system, realized remote control and testing.And have multi safety protection devices, available to comply with various test standard.
Set temperature for testing, when the testing room gets the set temperature, place battery between two plates, impose 13kN force through hydraulic arm, keep rising the pressure until the test satisfy following any one condition:
1. When the crushing force gets 13kN.
2. Or the voltage of the battery decrease to about 1/3 (UN38.3 is 100mV)
3.Or the battery is deformed to 1/10 of original size. (UN38.3 is 50%)
