Fabric Bursting tester

The burst strength tester is divided into two types: hydraulic bursting and pneumatic bursting. The test sample is hydraulically applied to the rubber tympanic membrane. The tested sample bursts and is used to test knitted, woven, non-woven fabrics, The maximum pressure value and burst height of paper and cardboard when bursting.

The hydraulic automatic burst tester uses high-precision pressure sensors and imported non-contact linear displacement sensors to test the bursting force and height of the sample at the moment of bursting. The transparent imported acrylic test cup is convenient for the whole process of observing the bursting of the sample. High-power electric push rod, large torque, stable pressure, the maximum pressure can reach 6000kPa. A variety of test cups are available.
