Anti-synthetic blood penetration tester
The synthetic blood penetration tester for medical masks is used to measure the jet penetration performance of synthetic blood and other liquid-derived liquids to evaluate its safety protection performance.
Applicable standards
GB19083-2010: Technical requirements for medical protective masks;
YY 0469-2011: medical surgical masks;
YY/T0691-2008: Infectious pathogen protective equipment medical mask anti-synthetic blood penetration test method (fixed volume, horizontal spray);
ISO 22509:2004;F1862/F1862M-2013
The operating instructions of the synthetic blood penetration tester for medical masks include operating procedures and safety measures. Please read this manual carefully before installing and using the instrument to ensure the safety of use and the accuracy of the test results. The company strongly recommends that users read this operating manual, and will not bear any responsibility for the consequences of operating the medical mask synthetic blood penetration tester without strictly following this operating instruction.

The main purpose
It is suitable for the determination of the anti-splatter penetration performance of synthetic blood of medical masks. It can be used by medical inspection department, safety inspection department and scientific research unit.
Principle
The medical mask sample is supported on the test device, and at a distance of 300mm, 2mL of synthetic blood is sprayed from a sleeve with an inner diameter of 0.84mm to the mask under test in a horizontal direction. Simulate the scene where the mask is splashed with blood from the perforated blood vessel, and observe the penetration of synthetic blood on the other side of the mask.
The medical mask samples were tested with the liquid ejection pressure corresponding to the liquid ejection velocity: 450 cm/s, 550 cm/s, and 635 cm/s. Record the test results of each jet velocity, and give the maximum blood pressure corresponding to the acceptable quality level limit of 4 for medical masks.
