200n Static Load Comprehensive Testing Machine, Stepper Motor Drive
1.Uses:
This machine is used to simulate the force of the bicycle and the balance wheel during cycling, and measure whether it is displaced or deformed.
2.Principle:
A. Wheel static load test
The wheel is properly clamped into place and a force of 178 N is applied perpendicular to the wheel plane at a point on one side of the rim mounted flywheel for 1 min.
B. Balance wheel vertical load test
The child bicycle frame was vertically inverted and fastened at the saddle tube, and then the mass of 30 kg was suspended on a balance wheel for 3 minutes to measure the displacement of a point on the circumference of the balance wheel under the load. After the load was removed, the permanent deformation of the point was measured after 1 min, and the previous test was repeated on the other balance wheel.
C. Balance wheel longitudinal load test
Stand the child bicycle frame upright so that the front axle is directly above the rear axle and fasten it. Hang a 30k g mass on a balance wheel for 3 minutes, remove the load, and measure the balance wheel circumference after 1min. Permanent deformation at a certain point. Repeat the above test on the other balance wheel.
