1.Uses: Mainly test the torque test of the riser and the cross tube
2.principle:
A.Riser torque test
The riser will be clamped to the minimum insertion depth, and then a test bar or cross tube will be mounted on the riser tube by means of the test bar or the cross tube member in a plane parallel to the riser and along the handle The direction of the riser center line applies a torque of 30 N·m to the riser.
B.Torque test of a cross tube or a riser
Clamping the riser of the handlebar part to the minimum depth, applying a force of 130 N at both ends of the cross tube, the direction and the point of application of the force to maximize the torque applied to the joint of the cross tube and the riser, If the point of application should be at the end of the cross tube, it should be possible to apply the force as far as possible at the end of the cross tube, but in any case, the point of application should be no more than 15 mm from the end, because the shape of the cross tube is different. The applied force can also take different directions. If the cross tube/handle tube assembly is a clamping device, the torque on the fastener should not exceed the minimum torque recommended by the manufacturer.
C.Torque test of riser and front fork riser
The riser will be properly assembled into the frame and front fork riser and the clamping device will be tightened to the minimum torque recommended by the manufacturer, applying 15 N·m of torque to the handlebar/front fork clamp.
