3. Data Acquisition System
1. Employs ARM7+μC/ OSⅡ development & design to achieve real-time in-line min.10 ms frequency setting, displacement, force can be programmed alone.
Multi-channel data sampling and voltage, temperature sampling channel with N*4 mode (expansible)
Designed with RS 232 & RS 485 series port can connect to multi-instruments to achieve automatic data sampling with high perform interference resistance.
Complete camera monitoring is made for test to enable the high accuracy of test data and stable test process.
In-line test data memory and storage and test report can be generated automatically.
2. Data Sampling Principle:
Data sampling system is mounted where control device monitored and sensors are used to to sample ,transmit to A/D converter and convert into digital signal of machine voltage and temperatures, and the signal is transmitted to FIFO. When available number of data stored and ARM7 will read from FIFO and transmit to host computer through Ethernet & RS 232. Multi-sampling channel is designed by consideration of more objects need to monitor. Signals transmits to A/D converter after analog switch. CPLD is the core of entire system to control sampling channel shift, A/D converter start and close, and the converted data stored in FIFO memory address generator and interrupt to request to inform ARM7 to read the data stored in FIFO.
4. Hydraulic System
Hydraulic system employs variable pump liquid supply system and large flow integral control valve. Liquid filter is mounted on liquid inlet of the pump to prevent the impurity into hydraulic system to enable it in normal operation. System is designed with liquid temperature, liquid level indication, air filter system. The liquid tank is made of steel welding structure with clean window and a plug screw on the bottom for drain the hydraulic liquid and waste.
8. Explosion-proof System
This test system employs dual and thickness steel plate and stainless steel mesh design and electrical elements employ explosive components and protective isolated measures.
