The test bench uses a polydisperse experimental aerosol (DEHS or NaCl) to quantify the dust. Under the action of a clean air flow (negative pressure), the conventional performance test is carried out through the sampling of aerosol particles and the pressure difference measurement point of the filter media under test .
The test bench refers to the advanced design concepts of similar international equipment (such as the 8130 model of the US TSI company), but it is also suitable for the test status of related domestic industries. The independently developed program software runs stably and reliably and is easy to operate. Simple operation interface, the operation parameters are clear at a glance. Different dust sources (DEHS and NaCl) can be switched freely. It is suitable for testing a variety of air filter materials
(meltblown, glass fiber, PP, film and other filter materials), medical masks and some labor protection products.
