Description
HDT&VICAT Softening Point Testing Machine (VST) is mainly used for deformation temperature and Vicat softening point test for horniness pipes and tubes materials. It's suitable to measure the HDT and VICAT character of plastics, rubber, nylon, electrical insulation materials etc., widely used in production, research, inspection department and Institute for educations. Conform with standard ISO75, ISO306, ASTM D1525.

Features
1. HDT and VICAT test can be conducted at the same time
2. High precision micrometer provides highly accurate displacement measurement with high stability
3. Up to six test stations, maximally up to six deformation transducers, and one temperature transducer
4. All test stations are motor-driven, raised from the bath by the touch of a button on the control panel, allowing easy placement of the test specimen
5. Water cooling and nature cooling are available
6. Professional test software with a friendly interface, easy to operate
7. Once the software is started, the test is completely automatic and is performed according to the user-defined program. Upon test completion, it will automatically cool the bath to the starting temperature in preparation for subsequent tests. Using tap water, the temperature of the silicon oil can be reduced from a maximum of 300°C to 20°C.
