EN149 simulated wearable pre-processing machine
Scope of application
The simulated wearable pretreatment machine is used to detect the simulated wearable pretreatment of the respirator before other tests such as breathing resistance, filter material penetration, etc.
Conform to standard
EN149 / 8.3.1
Working principle
The simulated wearable preconditioner is composed of a breathing simulator, a test head model, a saturated water vapor generator, a temperature control device, a flow meter, etc. It can control the breathing simulator to run at 25 breaths per minute, with a breathing volume of 2L each time. The temperature of saturated water vapor near the mouth of the head die can be controlled to (37+2) °. Turn on the pretreatment device to make the breathing device and the saturated water vapor generator enter the working state until it reaches a stable state. Put the exhaler on the matching test head model in an airtight manner, and test for about 20 minutes. Remove the particulate filter material from the respirator, then reinstall it, and continue to repeat the test 10 times.
